A fertile imagination and an interest in the subtleties of language conspired at an early age to make a writer of me. Along the way, a keen eye (also described as "thorough," "meticulous" and "nitpicky") triggered my mutation into a copy editor and, eventually, managing editor at two publications. Today, my associates and I bring to you that same annoying penchant for detail.
